Join us for a day of Foraging, Gathering, and Medicine-Making at the Summer Solstice!
This class will focus on selecting and using local herbs to increase energy, focus, and mood; and to prevent and soothe skin conditions, such as insect bites and poison ivy.
We will go on a woodland foraging expedition and gather herbs from the cottage garden. Afterward, we will head to the kitchen and make these into medicine, including foods, salve, spray, an infusion and more. You will taste and experience these remedies, and leave with take-home recipes and samples.
